Dr. David Pantalony, Curator, Physical Sciences and Medicine, Canada Science and Technology Museum, Ottawa, will give a public lecture entitled “Found knowledge: Exploring University Collections of Historic Scientific Instruments”. Dr. Panalony will discuss and describe physics collections in Europe and North America, and place the significance of the U of S’s Department of Physics & Engineering Physics collection in a broader perspective.
