Saskatchewan Science Events

Saskatchewan Summer Star Party takes place every summer in the Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park.  Next party Aug. 25 to 28, 2011.

Saskatchewan Archaeological Society fall bus tour. Travel to various archaeological sites in and around Saskatchewan.  Happens Thanksgiving Weekend.  The 2011 tour (October 8th to 10th) is planned for southern Saskatchewan.

Darwin Day.  Held every year on Darwin’s Birthday Feb. 12.  Yes we help organize this.

Spectrum. University of Saskatchewan Engineering students open house.  Held every three years.  The next one is January 2013.

Vetavision.  University of Saskatchewan Western College of Veterinary Medicine student open house.  Held every three years.  The next one is October 2012.

Camp Sci-Fi.  Univeristy of Saskatchewan summer camps focusing on science and engineering.

The University of Regina and the Various SIAST campuses have annual(?) open houses.  I think they are more targeted at attracting students.
